If the customer wishes to return or exchange the purchased item(s), customer may do so within 14 days after receipt of the purchased item, provided that it is manufacturer fault. All returned goods must remain UNOPENED and IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION accompanied by the relevant invoice. As a result of that no returned goods will be accepted if the before mentioned conditions are not met.
The customer should arrange to return the goods to us by themselves as GUTX LTD, Gutxdirect.co.uk will not arrange a courier to collect back the item(s) unless as stated by ourselves beforehand.
All returned goods must be received by Gutxdirect.co.uk within 14 days of the first communication date.
The shipping cost of the returned goods and the successful delivery of the returned goods to GUTX Ltd, Gutxdirect.co.uk is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are sent to you in error made by Gutx Ltd,Gutxdirect.co.uk.
GUTX Ltd,Gutxdirect.co.uk will not accept any liability for returned goods that have gone lost or damaged during transit therefore GUTX Ltd always recommends all customers to return the goods via insured and track-able service with your courier.
Please note that returned item(s) must remain unopened and any discrepancies will result in a delay of the return process.
In addition, all refunds made will be subject to receipt of the returned goods with accompanying invoice.
Refunds, after successful receipt of the goods and of satisfactory condition, will take at least 2 working days due to bank policies.
If returned goods are received on the last working day of the week then processing will be carried out on the next working day except public holidays under the English and Welsh calendar.
If any goods are sent to you in error please inform us within 48 hours otherwise error cannot be rectified and please allow 7-10 working days for the return process to be completed.
